In the course, I will teach you how to track your cycle and determine what phase you are in. If you have a longer than 28-day cycle you will be able to add additional workouts or repeat one's from that phase. If you no longer have a cycle, that's totally fine, I will teach you how to use the moon as your guide! Varying your workouts and following a cyclic workout plan is so helpful for recovery, hormone regulation, and performance.

This program is designed to be repeated. You can repeat it for 3 months, or as long as you like. I encourage you to follow the principles of progressive overload, meaning you increase your resistance or energy output over time to continue to get results. If you decide you want a more personalized program or more in-depth coaching, we also have programs for that. I'm happy to chat!

Yes! I offer many modifications for each workout so you can work at your level. There is a big emphasis on core strength, mobility, and balance which will help you improve your strength and feel confident in your body's abilities again so you can tackle anything life throws at you.
All workouts can be performed with just dumbbells and a band. I will offer additional options for those who have access to more equipment.
